I'm wearing some pretty solid, expensive headphones....
AND I CAN DEFINITELY HEAR THE BASS. I LURVES IT.

I REALLY hope you finish this tune because it's freaking AWESOME.
Like literally the only thing that would make it even more awesome is lyrical vocals or vocal splicing. This type of tune I expect to hear on the radio, not on Newgrounds. Very high quality!

Thanks man. In reality I'm just fairly content with the score and the joy derived from making this. Hits, while nice, don't ultimately trump the process of creation and mixing itself.

Awesome!

Has a kind of deadmau5 feel to it. Which I LOVE.
Humble volume (it doesn't DEMAND my attention) and yet such a solid beat! Lures me in completely! I'm able to soak up each segment and enjoy it before it adjusts.
I haven't checked in on your work for a while, and I must say that I'm impressed with how professional your sound has gotten. I'll probably be listening to this particular song on repeat all week :)

could take Jpop and turn it into something this freaking EPIC. Like, people abuse the word "epic" to mean "great" or "awesome."
I mean it in the "epic legend movie" sense. Where the main characters are all clad in black, walking through the deserted and trashed futuristic city, preparing for something fierce, pulling guns out of their holsters with a smart smirk as the enemy is on the horizon.

Don't get me wrong. I'm already a huge fan of Jpop (it's like, half my iTunes). But I've NEVER heard it with this kind of d&b PUMP before. Like, HOLEE CRAP. Talk about an amazing genre marriage....

I'm really liking this! But the only thing I'm sad about is that the main tune seems a bit shy and echoed. Like it wants to be powerful, but it's a bit scared. The instruments around it are a good volume and do the song justice (LOVING the trance-feel). But give the main tune a stronger instrument and it'll be worth a 10 :)
